Terms and Conditions for The Picture Pop

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the photo booth services provided by The Picture Pop. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment:
a. Reservation: To secure our photo booth services for your event, a non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before the start of the event.
b. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the client, the reservation fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within three (3) days of the event date will require payment of the full contracted amount.
2. Event Details:
a. Client's Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, and venue. Any changes must be communicated to The Picture Popat least two (2) days before the event.
b. Access and Space: The client must ensure that the venue provides suitable space and access for the photo booth setup. The Picture Pop should be notified in advance of any restrictions or special requirements.
3. Photo Booth Operation:
a. Technical Issues: While we strive to provide a seamless experience, technical issues may arise. In the event of a malfunction, The Picture Pop will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
b. Usage Limit: Our photo booth services are provided for a specified duration. Overtime and additional prints may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
4. Guest Conduct:
a. Respectful Behavior: Guests using the photo booth are expected to behave in a respectful manner. The Picture Pop reserves the right to cease operations if any guest is deemed to be behaving inappropriately or causing harm to the equipment.
b. Use of Images: By using our services, clients and guests grant The Picture Pop the right to use images captured during the event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Liability:
a. Property Damage: The client assumes responsibility for any damage to the photo booth or its accessories caused by their guests during the event.
b. Injuries: The Picture Pop is not liable for any injuries sustained by clients or guests while using the photo booth. Guests use the booth at their own risk.
6. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Texas.
7. Changes to Terms:
The Picture Pop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
